The RVS-1365X7 is a 136.2mm X 2mm Dia. RHEED screen coated with P43 phosphor (Gd2O2:S - Green) or P11 (ZnS:Ag - Blue)  on optically polished leaded glass.  These screens are typically the Varian/EPI/Veeco specification.  The phosphor layer is a rugged and compact 12 micron coating. We offer an ITO conductive layer on the glass or a 1000 angstrom aluminum overlay over the back of the phosphor coating for added conductivity and brightness. (in the case of the aluminum)  Unless otherwise specified, a nominal 2mm contact area is present along the outer diameter of the screen.
